Tea Caddie's

 

I may sound like an old granny when I say I love this Magazine. I'ts not the typical magazine that most 18 year olds pick up but I guess I'm one of the very few who do.

I was looking through one of the latest issues and came across an article on Tea Caddies. Ever since I can remember I have always had a thing for keys and espeacially if they were teamed up with a lockable box. I have no idea why but the thought of locking up my secrets and treasures always appealed to me. 

I know that these beautiful antiques are of course not childern's toys in anyway but a beautiful peice of history and decor. If only I had the money I would use mine as a jewellry box to admire on my dressing table.

 I love the Pear and Apple tea caddie's that were featured in the magazine were one of my favourites!

But this Chinese tea caddy was the winner for me. I love the shape and the colour is so beautifully suited.
